Any drawings, technical sketches, floor plans, mathematical coordinate plots, or exported files you create on Graph Paper Virtual belong entirely to you. We claim zero copyright, license, or ownership rights over your work.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting, accessing, or using Graph Paper Virtual (the "Service"), located at https://graphpapervirtual.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Grant of License
We grant you a free, non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable license to access and use Graph Paper Virtual for:
- Personal & Educational Use: Studying math, physics, engineering, art, homework, classroom exercises, and bullet journaling.
- Commercial & Professional Use: Creating architectural schematics, engineering plans, commercial game assets, woodwork designs, or client presentations.
- Print & Distribution: Printing blank or custom-gridded sheets for classroom or workshop distribution.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
A. Your Content and Creations
You retain all copyright, trademark, and intellectual property rights in and to any sketches, drawings, formulas, calculations, notes, or exported images (PNG, SVG, PDF) generated using the Service. Because all rendering occurs locally in your web browser, we do not store, host, or claim any license to your work.
B. Platform Intellectual Property
The Service, including its user interface, code, graphics, brand identity, logo, styling, and algorithms, is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or redistribute the platform codebase except as permitted by law.
4. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service in any manner that could:
- Interfere with, disrupt, or place an unreasonable load on the servers, infrastructure, or network connections of the Service.
- Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems or breach any security measures.

5. Calibration and Measurement Disclaimer
Graph Paper Virtual provides carefully calibrated grid presets in standard units (inches, centimeters, millimeters). However, physical print outputs and screen displays are subject to variations in operating system DPI scaling, printer hardware margins, paper feeding tolerance, and monitor calibration.
Before using printed sheets or diagrams for critical architectural, civil engineering, or safety-critical manufacturing tasks, you should always verify physical dimensions with an approved reference ruler.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
